Degrees and decimals form
In this format the latitude and longitude are expressed
as two decimal numbers separated by one or more spaces.
The latitude can be in the range
-90.0 to +90.0 degrees and the longitude can be in the
range -180.0 to +180.0 degrees.
Negative latitudes indicate south of the equator and negative
longitudes indicate west of the Greenwich meridian.
